Our Educators

Pope Road Kindergarten is supported by a caring, experienced and highly skilled team of teachers and educators who build strong, trusting  relationships with children and families. Our teachers and educators work across both the Three and Four Year Old Groups, supporting continuity of care and a strong sense of belonging for all. 

We are proud of our historically low staff turnover, with educators who bring deep knowledge, stability and commitment to our kindergarten community. Our team is led by Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader Leanne Mits OAM, who has been at PRK since 2000. In 2026 a new team is being mentored by Leanne, with positive outcomes already evident.

Our teaching team work collaboratively and uphold the Australian Early Childhood Association Code of Ethics and the Pope Road Kindergarten Code of Conduct, reflecting our shared values of respect, professionalism and inclusion.
